Abstract

A tanulmány az Udmurt Köztársaságra fókuszálva mutatja be a nyolcvanas évek végén–kilencvenes évek elején a Szovjetunióban lejátszódott politikai folyamatok következtében fellépő hatalmi átrendeződést, a helyi tanácsok szerepének, jelentőségének visszaszorulását, hatalomvesztésének folyamatát.
